abstract = "The CBERS Program, a partnership between Brazil and China,
launched its latest satellite, CBERS-4, on December 7, 2014, being
then a new satellite that needs assessments on their performance
and on applica-tions for its images. In this study, the images of
the MUX sensors, PAN 5 meters and PAN 10 meters belonging to
CBERS-4, were evaluated according to PEC Cartographic Accuracy
Standard for testing the class which they fit and, then, the users
can define their requirements for the product generated. The study
area is located in the state of Goias, the capital Goi{\^a}nia.
The images passed through a digital processing to be performed
radiometric corrections (correct possible degradations caused by
defective sensors calibration, data transmission errors and
radiometric influences) and mosaics. For validation, we collected
30 control points, enough points for the sam-ples behavior tends
to the normal distribution, using digital orthophoto of
                         Goi{\^a}nia, considered Class A, for scale 1:5000, as a
reference. With the verification, it can be seen that the images
of the three sensors are shown as Class B for certain ranges. In
the verification, the calculation of the scales, it took into
consideration the study that says that the value of EIFOV is
aproximately 1.5 times the value of the Nominal Space Resolution
                         of the images.",
